MemoryIO is the easiest way to start lifelogging. When you leave MemoryIO running in your menubar and wake up your Mac, MemoryIO will take a picture of you and save it to your Pictures directory. Youll know when its taking a photo as the light will turn green. Mug for the camera, or go about your business, but within a few days youll have an awesome picture log!
